History

We're a part of the
Association of Vineyard Churches, which was
founded by John Wimber and now has more than 500
churches in the U.S. and several hundred more
worldwide.
Locally, Vineyard Community
Church began in the fall of 1992 with just a few
people in a home group.
This led to a nondenominational church plant in
the New Year of 1993 called Household of Grace.
In the process, God birthed
values that we still embrace today. Because of
those values, we were adopted into the Association
of Vineyard Churches.
David Skelton and his wife Joy, moved to Naples
in January 2003 and assumed leadership of the
Church.
We believe we've been planted in this community to
fulfill a specific calling God has put on us:
to be a contemporary extension of the Good
News to our community in order to help people find
and fulfill God's purpose in their lives.
